Fowler Family Chiropractic offers in-home visits during the following times. Appointments are scheduled in advance to best serve our patients:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00AM – 3:00PM

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

    All Hours are by Appointment only.

Fowler Family Chiropractic is a cash-based practice. We do not participate with or bill insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service, which allows us to focus on providing personalized, transparent care without the restrictions or delays often associated with insurance-based models.
