About the Doctor:

Dr. Nathanial Fowler is a Florida-licensed chiropractor and the owner of Fowler Family Chiropractic. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he received extensive training in spinal health, movement, and hands-on patient care.

Dr. Fowler is passionate about providing personalized chiropractic care that fits into real life. Through his mobile, in-home practice, he focuses on delivering thoughtful, one-on-one care in a comfortable and familiar environment.
